Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement
1. Authorship Standards
Only personnel who have made substantial contributions to research conception, experimental design, data collection, data analysis, manuscript writing and revision can be listed as authors.The order of all authors must be confirmed by all contributors before submission. Gift authorship, ghost authorship and honorary authorship are strictly forbidden. Contributors that do not meet the authorship criteria shall be marked in the Acknowledgements section.
2. Conflict of Interest Disclosure
All authors shall truthfully disclose all financial, institutional and personal conflicts of interest that may affect the objectivity of research results upon submission. Failure to disclose conflicts will be identified as academic misconduct. Editorial board members and peer reviewers must avoid reviewing manuscripts that involve their own interest conflicts.
3. Originality and Anti-Plagiarism Rules
All submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished works. Multiple submissions, self-plagiarism, text copying, data falsification, chart modification and result fabrication are prohibited. The journal uses professional duplicate checking tools to screen all manuscripts. Once plagiarism is confirmed, the manuscript will be rejected directly, and the violation record will be kept for three years.
4. Peer Review Specifications
This journal implements double-blind peer review. Reviewers shall provide objective, fair and constructive comments without personal prejudice. Reviewers must keep the manuscript content confidential and shall not use unpublished research data for personal research. Reviewers who have cooperation, competition or teacher-student relations with authors must refuse the review task.
5. Data Preservation and Reproducibility
Authors must retain complete raw experimental data, original test records and research materials for at least 5 years after publication. The editorial office reserves the right to request original data for verification at any time. Concealing data, selectively reporting data and fabricating data will lead to paper retraction.
6. Disposal Mechanism for Academic Misconduct
After verifying plagiarism, data fabrication, fake peer review and other academic violations, the journal will impose one or more of the following sanctions:
- Reject the submitted manuscript;
- Retract published papers with misconduct;
- Restrict the corresponding author from submitting manuscripts to this journal for 1 to 3 years;
- Report the misconduct to the author’s affiliated institution.
7. Correction, Retraction and Concern Notice
If errors or academic misconduct are found after publication, authors shall take the initiative to contact the editorial office to publish corrigendum, erratum or retraction notice. If there are serious doubts about research data before full verification, the journal will issue an Expression of Concern to all readers.
8. Copyright and Post-Publication Regulations
Authors retain the copyright of their original research, and grant the journal the exclusive right of first publication. No part of the published article may be reproduced or reprinted without the official written permission of the editorial office.
9. Complaint and Appeal Channel
If authors disagree with the review result or misconduct judgment, they may submit a formal appeal letter with supporting evidence within 14 working days after receiving the notice. The appeal will be reviewed by an independent editorial committee without interest conflicts.
10. Supplementary Provisions for Generative AI
All authors must clearly declare all generative AI tools used during manuscript writing. Generative AI cannot be listed as an author of any paper. Concealing the use of AI tools will be regarded as academic misconduct and subject to the above disciplinary procedures.
